From the boardroom to the factory floor - and back again
I've spent 26 years working at every level of a business — from the boardroom to the factory floor — and the thing that matters most has never been the technology.
It's the people.
What I do is bridge the gap between strategy and reality. I work with your leadership team to understand where the business is going, then I sit alongside your teams — operations, warehouse, finance, sales — making sure the vision actually translates into something they can own and act on.
Because when everyone understands the same picture, something shifts. Silos start to open. Conversations that weren't happening begin to happen. And the business starts to move in one direction instead of several.
I bring structure to that process — frameworks that don't disappear when the project ends, language that makes the complex feel manageable, and the kind of honest guidance that only comes from someone who genuinely cares about your outcome.

Away from client projects you'll find me on our lifestyle block in the Bay of Plenty — where every August and September I'm up twice a day feeding and weaning a fresh batch of calves alongside my husband.
