Bernie was tasked by our CEO to assist the design team with a Process Improvement Project looking to improve the flow and speed of projects through the design suite and across the company. This has been very successful for us as a team. The process that Bernie took us through helped us add disciplines, improve communication, and empowered us to see behavioural changes needed to adopt the new approaches. Bernie left us with the skills to keep moving these improvements forward in small chunks to achieve what Bernie refers to as, "getting better at what matters".
